Refund Policy

Credits are digital goods that are consumed immediately upon use and are therefore NON-REFUNDABLE except under the specific conditions outlined below.
1. General Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge that:
- Credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment
- You are responsible for selecting the correct purchase amount
- AI analysis results are subjective and not guaranteed
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with analysis results
2. Automatic Technical Refunds
Credits will be automatically refunded to your account ONLY if our system fails to complete an analysis due to technical errors on our end:
- Server errors that prevent analysis completion
- AI service outages during your analysis
- Database failures that lose your analysis data
Note: These are credit refunds, not monetary refunds. Credits are added back to your account for future use.
3. Accidental Payment Exception
Monetary refunds for accidental payments are considered ONLY under these strict conditions:
All conditions must be met:
- Purchase amount ≥ $30 USD (or ₹2,500 INR)
- ZERO credits used from the purchase
- Request within 24 hours of payment
- Clear evidence of accidental payment (e.g., duplicate transaction, wrong quantity selected)
Example: If you accidentally purchased 100 analyses instead of 10, and haven't used any credits, you may request a refund within 24 hours.
4. Double-Charge Protection
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification. Contact support with both transaction IDs.
5. Strictly Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided under any circumstances for:
- Used Credits: Any credits that have been used for analysis
- AI Results: Dissatisfaction with analysis recommendations or scores
- Change of Mind: After the 24-hour accidental payment window
- Small Purchases: Any purchase under $30 USD / ₹2,500 INR
- Partial Usage: If even 1 credit has been used from a purchase
- Account Issues: Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Payment Method Issues: Buyer's remorse, insufficient funds, or payment disputes with your bank
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the accidental payment exception:
- Email thumblyticsnet@gmail.com within 24 hours
- Include your transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- Explain the accidental nature of the purchase
- Confirm that ZERO credits have been used
We will review your request within 48 business hours and respond via email.
7. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Card payments: 5-10 business days to original payment method
- UPI payments: 3-7 business days to original UPI ID
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. All payments are processed securely through Paddle.
8. Chargeback Policy
Warning: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of all remaining credits
- Permanent ban from the Service
- Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
Always contact support first. We will work with you fairly and quickly.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact your local consumer protection agency.
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
